    The latest version of the browser Firefox, Firefox3 was launched early morning last Wednesday. Keeping in mind its large popularity and fan following the developers and fans of the newly developed version of the software organized a “Download Day” with the aim of setting a Guinness Book record by making the maximum possible number of downloads taking place on that day. Its fans claim that near about 8 million downloads have been registered within 24 hours. The website designed for the download day shows a message claiming that the statistics have been sent to that Guinness Book community and the results would be declared soon in a few days.
